Hey there, just stumbled across your blog. I've been playing low stakes poker a couple months and can identify with most of your posts. I've been doing $2 + .20 beginner tourneys (pay top 5 players) and have an ROI around 45%. I track stats closely and have found my ROI is around 20% monday - thursday between 9AM and 3PM, (US mountain time, believe its 9 hours behind you) and pushing 80% evenings and weekends. Just curious if you see similar trends in your game.

Intersting thought and thatnks for the post.

I track my stats quite closely and something I have found is that I have solid results around 8-11 o clock UK time or 3-6 Eastern time. I also play a litte cash beforte work and the players are very bad at that time. Basically it is people in New York staying up too late trying to win back lost money and people in California just getting ready to call it a night. Either time many people will play abover their limits and I can sometimes make a quick score off them as they will chase.

I would say my best time for playing though is late Friday night when US college kids are drunk and people are coming back from clubs in the UK drunk. Friday night around 2-4 oclock UK time, prime time as far as Im concerned
