Collusion - Pokerstars Response

How is this for customer service?

My email regarding the collusion was sent around 7:50am GMT

I received the following at 11:45am GMT

Thank you for your report. The integrity of our games is of utmost importance to us, and when confronted with such suspicions, we have one of our poker specialists undertake extensive research into the players' relationships and past play. I have forwarded your message to a poker specialist for review. Please allow us some time to research this matter; it may take several days if the matter is particularly complex. We will be back to you as soon as possible with the results of our examination.

One half hour later I received this:

Thank you for taking the time to report this incident.It appears these players may be involved in an attempted fraud. Both accounts have been suspended until such time that we are satisfied that nothing untoward has taken place.Your vigilance in reporting this is greatly appreciated.

Stars Customer Service is the best in the business bar none. I've never had a problem they couldn't solve and they seem to always have a laugh with you too!

Cadmunkey and I found a bot a few months ago and reported it to support. It's account was frozen within 2 hours.
